How this installation is configured. These values are set on the server and are the same for every matter.
Firm signature block
Printed on every served document, exactly as entered here.
A clean service copy cannot be exported yet
The signature block is incomplete, so the export gate blocks the service copy. The annotated internal review copy still builds, and its signature line says it is unconfigured.
What needs to be set:
- The firm legal name is required (at least 4 characters). Set COHEN_DRAFT_FIRM_NAME.
- The firm address needs at least a street line and a city/state/ZIP line. Set COHEN_DRAFT_FIRM_ADDRESS.
- The firm telephone number is required (at least 7 characters). Set COHEN_DRAFT_FIRM_PHONE.
- The firm telephone number needs at least 10 digits; "" has 0. Set COHEN_DRAFT_FIRM_PHONE.

Signing attorneys
Chosen per matter, because it varies by file. These names are offered as a list so a name is entered once rather than retyped.
No names are configured, which blocks nothing: each matter takes a typed name. Adding names here only saves the typing.

Precedent retrieval
Not used for drafting
Precedent retrieval is deliberately disconnected from drafting until its evaluation passes. Bills are drafted from the confirmed facts and the firm drafting rules alone, and every generated version records that no precedent was supplied.
